The two of us, at your service

Exclusively Cornwall is Sean and Lisa Marshall. Sean is a qualified electrical and mechanical engineer with years of property development behind him, so the technical and maintenance side is in safe hands. Lisa's background is in professional tailoring, and she runs our textile services in St Austell, which is why our linen is always immaculate.

We know the owner's side of this personally. For years we ran our own Cornwall holiday properties from the Midlands, and we learned exactly how hard it is to keep standards high from 250 miles away. So we moved here for good and built the service we wished we'd had: local, flexible and genuinely bespoke, from a single changeover to full management.
