Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

in order for us to secure a booking of one of our properties; or
in order for us to provide you with property management services.

What we do with the information we have
We use the information that you have given us in order to:
Provide you with information about our property management services.
Provide you with information about our holiday accommodation.
To let you know about new services which may be of interest to you.
We may share this information with Holiday Let Providers, Airbnb, booking.com and Vrbo as well as third party property services, tradespersons and others that we have procured on your behalf for services carried out at your property.
How we store your information
Your information is securely stored at our offices at 7 Beech Lane, St Austell PL25 4TE, on our contact database provided by Squarespace and within our email system provided by Microsoft.
We keep your contact and financial details for three years. We will then dispose of your information by deleting your details electronically and shred any paper details we hold.
