Enquiries and bookings
Sending an enquiry through this website does not create a booking or a contract. A booking for one of our properties only exists once we have confirmed availability, agreed the price and dates with you in writing, and any deposit we ask for has been paid. The full booking conditions — including payment, cancellation and damage terms — are provided with your booking confirmation.
Property management services
Enquiries about our management services are equally without obligation. The services we provide to property owners are set out in a separate management agreement, which we will discuss and agree with you before anything starts.
Prices and availability
Any prices shown on this site are indicative and can change until a booking is confirmed. Availability shown or discussed is not guaranteed until we confirm it.
Accuracy of content
We keep the descriptions and photography on this site as accurate as we can, but small details of properties and services can change. If something specific matters to your stay, ask us and we will confirm it before you book.
