Privacy policy

Last updated: 5 August 2026

Exclusively Cornwall (“we”, “us”) is a family-run holiday let management business based in St Austell, Cornwall. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Exclusively Cornwall, St Austell, Cornwall, United Kingdom. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@exclusivelycornwall.co.uk or on 01726 70515.

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry through our contact or booking forms we collect your name, email address and phone number, together with the details of your enquiry — for guests, that includes the property, dates and party size you ask about; for property owners, the location and type of your property and the services you are interested in. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange stays or management services, and keep a record of our correspondence with you. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where a booking or contract follows, the steps needed to enter into it.

Marketing

Our forms include an optional tick box asking whether you would like occasional news from us by email. We only send marketing email if you tick it, and every message includes an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out at any time by emailing us.

Where your information is stored

Enquiries are stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship management system, in HubSpot’s European Union data centres. HubSpot processes this data on our behalf under its data processing agreement. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers who host this website and our systems.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses cookies set by HubSpot to keep the site working and to give us anonymous visitor statistics, such as which pages are viewed. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to manage our relationship with you, and review anything older than two years. If you never become a guest or client we delete your details after that review.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@exclusivelycornwall.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
