Exclusively Cornwall is the vision of husband and wife team Sean and Lisa Marshall, who bring unique professional expertise to luxury holiday home management. Sean, a qualified Electrical/Mechanical Engineer with extensive property development experience, oversees all technical and maintenance aspects, while Lisa applies her professional tailoring background to manage our renowned Textile Services division based in St Austell.
Having experienced firsthand the challenges of maintaining exacting standards in their own Cornwall holiday properties while living remotely in the Midlands, the Marshalls recognised a clear market need. This personal insight led them to relocate permanently to Cornwall and establish Exclusively Cornwall—a comprehensive management solution for discerning property owners.
We now deliver a truly bespoke holiday letting service, with tailored pricing structures that align precisely with your specific requirements. Our flexible approach accommodates everything from singular guest changeovers to comprehensive fully-managed services, ensuring exceptional standards without unnecessary costs. Legislation, regulations and compliance
We will ensure that we operate our property management in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and will assist you to do so where appropriate.
Insurance
We hold £2 million Public Liability Insurance which covers us and our workforce when at your property in case of accidental damage or injury to a worker or member of the public.
